Damaged or defective products
The goods are classified as defective if your link is damaged or when an industry defect appears out. Please note that goods damaged as a result of misuse and corrosion are not considered defective. If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact the customer service team via WhatsApp to coordinate the return process and refund the amount.

Order cancellation
